We are a team of highly experienced C-Suite Executives who deliver business and IT change to organisations.

David Loughenbury

David has been delivering Change and IT for over 30 years with some very high volume deliverables such as Halifax and Aviva online, more recently moving companies to be Digital and Data. His roles include CTO/CIO and COO in various companies and he has experience of leading teams from 10 to over 300 is able to quickly gain trust and deliver value.  Successful career in a number of companies including; HBOS, Lloyds, Aviva, Boots, Spectris and smaller companies such YBS, Police Mutual and Furness Building Society. A long track record focused on delivery of results and ensuring IT and Change deliver demonstrable value to the business by delivering transformation to time and budget, results include; 20%pa increase in sales; 40% reduction in cost; delivery of a benefits case 4x faster than planned.

David has extensive experience in M&A’s with over 30 successfully delivered.  This has included Due Diligence, development of integration plans and roadmaps and full delivery of the plans. Functional experience of IT, Change, Customer Operations, Procurement and Security leadership. Including development of strategies, supplier management, security, recovery of failing programmes, digital and data transformation. The majority of these assignments have been extended to deliver the original brief and then to assist in helping develop the internal team to become more rounded leaders.


David is an experienced senior management coach and his coaching has directly helped 3 achieve C suite positions over the last 3 years.

Andy Ford

Andy brings over 20 years’ experience in senior Change programme, Head of Change and Head of IT roles. His focus is always on landing Change into the business excellently. He has established change functions from scratch and has helped multiple, major organisations to mature and transform their Change Management and Change Culture capabilities. His background allows him to ensure delivery of the technology element (so often the Achilles heel of any programme). He has a wealth of experience in Change methodologies and strategies, which underpins his approach. He can help to shape the strategy, but retains a sleeves rolled up / hands on delivery focus. Andy is proud to have been 5 years an IBM consultant (where he was certified as an Executive Project Manager), holds an MBA, is certified with PMI as a Project Management Professional (PMP), and with APMG as Scrum Master. With over 30 years in Financial Services, spanning Banking and Insurance, as well as experience of Retail and Health, he has a rock solid track record of delivery. He operates at executive level, with the majority of roles reporting to a CXO, and managing £150m+ budgets and teams in excess of 100 staff.

Gary Boyle

Gary is a professionally qualified and highly experienced Programme Manager and Director who has delivered numerous large scale, multi vendor programmes and engagements. With over 20 years’ experience, he has provided advisory consultancy and technical expertise to clients undertaking major business transformation and change programmes from programme concept to benefits realisation. He has demonstrated and applied his skills across a wide variety of industry sectors including financial services, airlines and travel. 

Gary has a strong business-led approach to projects and programmes and engages well with business and senior executives, he has a keen eye for delivering a value for money solutions. He is an energetic and enthusiastic team player, helping teams develop a sense of urgency and pace. He is good at intercepting projects and programmes that are struggling to deliver, putting robust delivery plans in place, and getting the team pulling together. Above all Gary is an innovative problem solver who is able to identify risks and resolve issues in a commercially astute and creative fashion.
